Job summary

Roundglass in Bellevue/US seeks a Digital Designer to craft high-impact digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns. You will blend strong visual design with user-centered UX, ensuring brand consistency and scalable design systems, working both independently and with a larger team.

The ideal candidate has a graphic design degree, 10 years of digital design experience, a rich portfolio, and advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or equivalent.
• 10 years of professional digital design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, landing pages, email growth campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
• Proven ability to design websites from concept through launch, including responsive and mobile-first experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience creating scalable design systems, and UI kits.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
