Job summary

Educational Media Foundation — home of K-LOVE and Air1 — is seeking a Senior Digital Content Producer to lead the creation and delivery of branded digital content. Based on-site in Franklin, TN, you will oversee video projects from concept through completion, directing teams across video, design and social media to maximize audience impact.

The role requires strong storytelling, multi-platform experience, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while working within ministry-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Marketing, Digital Media Studies, Communications or related field.
Minimum four years of experience in video, digital or project management.
Experience ideating, storyboarding, scripting and producing videos.

Responsibilities

Ideate, script, storyboard, direct and produce videos.
Prepare creative briefs with mood boards, vision, budgets and shoot details.
Manage projects from concept to completion and serve stakeholders.
Collaborate with social media, website, Design and Video Teams to bring content to life.
Lead recurring meetings with talent to plan digital content.
