Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Ford Heavy Duty Service Technician.
• Brand Service experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of parts on vehicles.
• Provide accurate multi‑point inspections on every repair order.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisor and all departments.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety regulations.
