Job summary

Accurate Paper Box is seeking an experienced Lead Carton Die Cutter Operator for Bobst-preferrred equipment to join our cutting/converting team. The role requires stepping in with minimal ramp-up and overseeing die cutter operations on our expanding converting line.

We operate Bobst equipment and expect strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, high output, and precise registration. The position reports to the Production Manager and leads assistants to maintain workflow discipline and prevent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years operating die cutters in carton manufacturing.
• Experience with Bobst or equivalent machinery.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain high output while controlling waste.
• Leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die cutters.
• Achieve tight registration and clean stripping performance.
• Reduce setup waste and maximize running speeds.
• Troubleshoot cutting, stripping, and feeding issues.
• Maintain die integrity and ensure accurate blanking.
• Lead assistants and maintain workflow discipline.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
