Job summary

Aptive Resources is looking for a Specialized Dialysis RN to join the Miami VA Healthcare System. This role requires providing specialized care to patients with end-stage renal disease in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be responsible for hemodialysis administration, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in dialysis nursing and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. The position is full-time and requires a valid nursing license.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification.
• At least three years of nursing experience providing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in one of the States or Territories.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ESRD, AKI, or late‑stage CKD.
• Perform hemodialysis via fistula, graft, or venous catheter.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
