Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating technical graphics, diagrams, or visual documentation.
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear visuals.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing flowcharts, diagrams, and technical illustrations.
• Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and researching concepts.
• Curious about AI to enhance graphics and diagram production.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience organizing large data models into clean, unified structures.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand graphics and diagrams.
• Interpret technical documentation and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Design icons, illustrations, flowcharts, system diagrams, and data model diagrams.
• Explore multiple design approaches to convey complex information clearly.
• Partner with technical writers, product managers, and designers throughout the process.
• Present design concepts, justify decisions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while communicating progress.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and documentation standards.
• Refine visual assets, templates, and diagramming approaches to improve documentation.
