Job summary

Winslow Indian Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to operate radiographic equipment for a wide range of examinations. You will work under supervision to ensure high-quality images while upholding patient confidentiality and WIHCC values.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT registration and CPR certification required.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Background check required for Child Care position.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations of skull, chest, pelvis, spine, abdomen and extremities.
• Explain procedures to patients.
• Set technical factors and adjust equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast material for special studies.
• Maintain logs of patients and procedures performed.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and ready.
