Job summary

Forensic Focus seeks an experienced digital forensics and incident response professional to lead investigations end to end, from scoping calls to final reporting. You will perform thorough forensic analysis, review artifacts and documentation, and mentor junior analysts while maintaining clear client and legal counsel communication.

The role balances hands-on casework with leadership duties in a growing consulting practice, demanding strong methodology and exceptional client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital forensics and incident response.
• Strong proficiency with FTK, EnCase, X-Ways, KAPE and Velociraptor.
• Certifications such as CCE, CFCE, GCFA, GCFE, GNFA and GCTI preferred.
• Solid forensic methodology knowledge and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFIR investigations end to end from scoping calls through to final reporting.
• Perform forensic analysis and review documentation and artifacts.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain clear communication with clients and legal counsel throughout engagements.
