Job summary

TKO is seeking a DevOps Lead to own deployment, release management, and security operations across Salesforce and business systems. You will optimize CI/CD, environment management, and security practices, aligning with software, security, and IT operations to deliver reliable platforms.

You will drive automation, tooling, and AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate deployment and strengthen security, while guiding governance, KPIs, and incident reviews for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, release engineering, and site reliability.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and env/release management.
• Experience owning security operations: observability, monitoring, incident response, reliability and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, CI/CD, environment management, and release management for Salesforce and connected systems.
• Oversee security operations: observability, monitoring, incident response, reliability and scaling.
• Manage security vendor relationships and SLAs, monitoring, and alerting.
• Bridge communication between developers, security, and IT operations to improve workflows.
• Lead tooling and AI capabilities to accelerate deployments and testing.
• Define branching, release, and env-promotion strategies for low-risk deployments.
• Embed security and compliance controls into the pipeline (shift-left).
• Track DevSecOps KPIs and drive improvements.
