BairesDev, a fully remote technology company, seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to embed security across the software lifecycle. You will link development, operations, and security teams to ensure secure delivery from planning to production.

The role requires 4+ years in DevSecOps or related fields and hands-on expertise with IaC security, container security, and governance tooling. Excellent English and cross-time-zone collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or Cybersecurity Engineering.
• Proven expertise in integrating security tooling like Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in implementing Policy as Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with secrets management and Infrastructure as Code security.
• Deep understanding of container security and cloud-native protection strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will integrate security practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle. You will act as the primary link between development, operations, and security teams, ensuring that protection is a core feature of the delivery process rather than a final hurdle.
