Médiane Système is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to enhance the automation, deployment, and security of real-time railway signalling systems.

You'll join a team dedicated to improving software delivery, implementing best security practices, and maintaining development environments. The ideal candidate possesses extensive DevOps experience, strong Linux skills, and is knowledgeable in both English and another language (French or Dutch).

Formación

• Proven experience in DevOps / CI-CD environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security integration.
• Profound knowledge of Linux (CentOS / RedHat / Fedora).
• Good knowledge of deployment automation tools: Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins or similar.
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting and IaC.
• Good knowledge of network technologies: router, switch, VPN, firewall.
• Basic knowledge of VMware ESXi / vCenter or similar.
• Solid understanding of security best practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Languages: English, French or Dutch mandatory.

Job Description

For one of our clients active in the railway infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support the automation, deployment and security of complex real‑time systems used in railway signalling environments.

Mission

You will work within a DevSecOps team focused on automating the software delivery chain while integrating security best practices into development, deployment and production environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement and document automated software deployment processes.
• Support production installations, updates and patches.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and contribute to security‑related tasks.
• Manage patching for development and production environments.
• Maintain and support development environments.
• Improve CI/CD and DevSecOps processes.
• Provide 2nd line support for software and IT equipment.
