Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our engineering team and drive secure, automated software delivery into operations.

The candidate will apply expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD to build robust deployment pipelines and integrate security into the software lifecycle. Onsite work is required in Aurora, CO and surrounding locations, with polygraph clearance necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active U.S Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Scripting, automation, and programming skills (Bash, Python).

The Opportunity:

This position is for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. Our ideal candidate is a DevSecOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have an advanced understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.

Active U.S Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph required.

Onsite work required in Aurora, CO, Denver Tech Center (DTC), Broomfield, CO, or Westminster, CO.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field for 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Active U.S Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teams
• Experience working with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience working with Infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
• Scripting, automation, and programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python)

Desired:

• IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Familiarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processes
• Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar
• Experience working with cloud-based serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, or equivalent)
