You will lead security-focused engineering, mentor senior engineers, and influence cross-functional teams including application development, cloud, and platform engineering.

The role emphasizes building scalable security controls, automating pipelines, and aligning security initiatives with business risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years hands-on DevSecOps, app security, or secure software delivery leadership.
• Expert-level cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CASP, CCSP).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DevSecOps architecture and long-term technical strategy.
• Architect enterprise-scale secure software delivery and app security capabilities.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable security controls in pipelines and workflows.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise DevSecOps maturity across the org.
• Represent DevSecOps in architecture reviews, risk discussions and executive initiatives.
• Align investments and priorities with organizational objectives and risk appetite.
