Job summary

Oteemo, Inc is seeking a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure cloud-native infrastructure. The role includes architecting CI/CD pipelines and mentoring engineering teams to ensure adherence to DoD security frameworks.

The ideal candidate holds an Active Secret clearance and has extensive experience with multi-cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and security integration. The position supports hybrid remote/onsite work, requiring presence in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD or federal contracts and familiarity with DoD processes.
• Proficiency in operational skills, including platform operations and cluster management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of secure cloud-native infrastructure.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines integrating security scanning.
• Maintain and upgrade production infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
