You will drive infrastructure automation (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, incident response, disaster recovery planning, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms on AWS and GCP. Collaboration with Product, Security, and Engineering is essential to deliver scalable, secure services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, Technical Operations, or SRE.
• 4+ years in managing technical ops or SRE teams.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Operations/DevOps team.
• Ensure 24/7 operational stability and reliability of production infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews (RCA).
• Manage SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
