The Senior DevOps Technical Lead will provide hands‑on technical leadership for the design, implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of an enterprise DevSecOps platform and CI/CD ecosystem. The role leads DevOps initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments, provides architectural and technical direction, establishes engineering standards, integrates security and quality controls, and guides solutions from design through production deployment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. The resource is expected to independently own technical initiatives, lead DevOps resources, resolve complex implementation issues, and collaborate with application, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.

- The proposed Business Solution Analyst must meet the following mandatory qualifications:
- A minimum of six (6) FTE years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Technical Lead for large-scale implementations or systems integration efforts in enterprise environments.
- A minimum of four (4) FTE years of experience leading teams to implement CI/CD pipelines in development and production environments, deploying highly available solutions to cloud platforms.
- A minimum of six (6) FTE years of experience developing, packaging, and deploying Docker containers in development and production environments, including at least three (3) years in a technical lead role.
- A minimum of six (6) FTE years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, including tasks such as canary deployments, gating, managing failed deployments, and pipeline optimization, with at least three (3) years in a technical lead role.
- A minimum of six (6) FTE years of experience coding, including at least three (3) years with a scripting language (e.g., PowerShell or Bash), two (2) years with Terraform, and one (1) year with an object‑oriented programming (OOP) language.
- A minimum of six (6) FTE years of experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
- A minimum of four (4) FTE years of experience deploying microservices‑based applications to production cloud infrastructure, including at least three (3) years deploying to Kubernetes.
- A minimum of two (2) FTE years of experience setting up and maintaining security automation and controls in NIST and FedRAMP‑compliant environments.
- A minimum of four (4) FTE years of experience leading and managing DevOps projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and objectives.
- A minimum of four (4) FTE years of experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- A minimum of four (4) FTE years of experience performing basic project management tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- A *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), or Engineering field. (Pass/Fail) Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.
- Eight (8) FTE years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Technical Lead for large‑scale implementations or systems integration efforts in enterprise environments.

- Three (3) FTE years of experience building Cloud infrastructure and Networking using Terraform , VPC, Security Groups, etc. on AWS Cloud
- Two (2) FTE years of experience administering and managing GitHub, GitHub Actions.
- Three (3) FTE years of experience implementing pipelines following GitOps principles to deploy to Kubernetes using Helm and ArgoCD
- Two (2) FTE years of experience building continuous monitoring using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Two (2) FTE years of experience in managing and deploying serverless architectures in AWS.
- Three (3) FTE years of experience working on Cloud Security with Cognito, Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML
Education shall be Masters:
A *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), or Engineering field. (Pass/Fail) Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.
Possession of a *Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or Engineering field.
