Job summary

Credit Genie is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE to own reliability, deployments, and infrastructure across our AWS environment. You'll partner with backend, data, ML and AI teams to scale a modern, cloud-first platform.

You should have hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and observability experience, plus a track record building infra at startups. You’ll own SOC 2 and PCI-DSS work and contribute to cost-efficient scaling.

Overview

The Platform team owns the infrastructure Credit Genie runs on: the AWS environment, deployments, observability, and the SOC 2 and PCI-DSS controls that keep customer financial data safe. We're also building the AI infrastructure our engineers use every day. When this team does its job well, engineers ship without worrying about what's underneath them and audits find real controls instead of gaps.

What You'll do

What We're Looking For

• Core, non-negotiable DevOps/SRE depth and a genuine backend engineering background. You've written and shipped real software, not only infrastructure code. We don't need you to build customer-facing features, but we need you to think like a software engineer when you design platform, tooling, and systems.
