Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to scale and evolve a cloud native fintech platform. You will architect robust cloud infrastructure, improve reliability for financial workloads, and mature deployment tooling in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cloud architecture, containerization, data security, and collaboration with backend and data engineers to support growth and high availability. Remote-friendly, USD pay, and strong career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/platform/infrastructure experience.
• Deep experience managing AWS environments.
• Strong production-level design and scaling of Kubernetes clusters.
• Proven track record of scaling high-availability systems.
• Solid PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and scaling.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or similar.
• CI/CD pipelines and modern observability tooling expertise.
• Security understanding for handling sensitive/regulatory data.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure running on AWS.
• Design, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based production environments.
• Improve reliability, availability, and performance under growing workloads.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and tooling.
• Collaborate with backend/data engineers on PostgreSQL performance and scaling.
• Strengthen infrastructure security and access controls for sensitive data.
• Identify bottlenecks and enhance scalability and resilience.
• Help define infrastructure standards as the team expands.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
