Job summary

BMA Group Global is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments for enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms.

The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm, GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or FluxCD, and robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Strong emphasis on Istio, observability, and security controls is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; master’s preferred.
• At least five years of DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or SRE experience.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands‑on expertise with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD or FluxCD, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• Practical knowledge of Istio, mTLS, observability, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Full professional fluency in English; English-Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
