A leading staffing agency is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager for a remote position with 2-3 trips to Georgia. The role involves leading a DevOps team, driving infrastructure development in AWS, and requires strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and IAM.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions, with strong experience in automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding technical projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps initiatives across planning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of infrastructure and pipelines.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing DevOps team while remaining hands-on for complex technical projects.
• Collaborate with development, IT, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD and ensure system reliability.
• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance and security, resolving incidents efficiently and proactively.
