Job summary

Constellation Technologies seeks a senior systems/DevOps engineer with TS/SCI clearance to lead architecture and deployment across Linux and Windows environments. You will integrate Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployments, manage AWS/cloud resources, and ensure performance and security compliance across PaaS environments.

The role requires 10+ years in Agile development, strong coding insight, and collaboration with customers, developers, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Ten (10)+ years working in an Agile dev environment.
• Must be fluent with Git.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments (RHEL 617/8, CentOS).
• Experience with Windows system administration, monitoring, and performance.
• Experience integrating Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployment.
• Experience with caching technologies (Memcache, Redis, APC, etc.).
• Experience with MySQL (Clusters, Replication, Tuning) and Elasticsearch (Kibana a plus).
• 10+ years of system architecture with debugging large software systems.
• 10+ years of AWS cloud and virtualized server management in a PaaS environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Fluent in object-oriented programming in at least one language (Ruby, C, C++, Go, Python, or Java).
• Ability to work with customers, developers, testing, PM, and support staff.
