You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate, optimize, and monitor distributed systems, drive CI/CD improvements, and ensure secure, reliable service delivery around the clock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a site reliability, DevOps or systems engineering role.
• Strong Linux systems administration.
• Experience with observability tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern delivery practices.
• Knowledge of networking and security standards.
• Excellent cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability, automation, and scalability across critical apps.
• Build deployment automation and disaster recovery tooling.
• Implement observability for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape CI/CD workflows.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks in large distributed systems.
• Provide runbooks and guidance to operations teams.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and reduce incidents.
• Establish repeatable patterns improving service delivery.
