Job summary

Documo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud platform powering our document processing and fax products. You will own how code moves from a pull request to production and how the platform stays healthy as it scales. We value 6+ years of DevOps or platform engineering, comfort with AI tools, and a mindset of treating infrastructure as a product.

This role includes up to 10% customer-facing interactions and mentoring fellow engineers. We offer competitive U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering experience.
• Ability to treat infrastructure as a product and mentor engineers.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the cloud platform powering our services.
• Own how code moves from a pull request to production and maintain production health.
• Scale platforms securely while guiding best practices, reliability, and security.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Up to 10% customer-facing engagements for escalations and integrations.
