Job summary

BayOne Solutions is looking for a dedicated individual to lead the transformation of our Dev Ops architecture. The ideal candidate will take charge of designing and implementing solutions across our product lines, ensuring successful rollouts.

Applicants should possess strong hands-on PERL and Linux experience, and be capable of leading a team effectively. Additional experience in cloud-based production tools, scripting languages, and modern deployment technologies are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in scripting such as Python, Go, shell, awk, sed.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins/Artifact repositories.
• Experience in rollout and maintenance of Docker in production on a cloud platform.
• Experience in clustering technologies such as Mesos, Kubernetes, Swarm.
• Experience in web applications and JavaScript.
• Understanding of security aspects needed for PROD environments.
• Experience leading teams with ownership of large projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dev Ops architecture solutions.
• Lead the team and refactor existing code and designs.
• Modernize existing functionality and improve design.
• Help shape and guide the team's work and create high-level plans.

Skills

Strong PERL hands on experience

Strong programming and scripting experience

Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining production tools

Experience in developing tools for system configuration, deployment, and monitoring

Strong Linux/UNIX systems and network application and design experience

Education
