Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - DevOps to join our Las Vegas team. This role focuses on maintaining automation tools for configuration, build, deployment, and testing, and requires strong DevOps expertise and collaboration across a global engineering team.

You will mentor engineers, explore new technologies, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on software supply chain integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing DevOps practices.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developer of products built with sufficient quality and efficiency to meet business goals.
• Follow detailed requirements and instructions to ensure accurate testing.
• Provides Operational and Customer Support when required.
• Contributes to development planning and reports progress to managers.
• Proactively researches and evaluates new technologies and release engineering tools.
• Ability to support multiple projects and work independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
