Total Wine & More is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Technology team in Bethesda, MD or Boca Raton, FL. In this pivotal role, you will manage multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms on Azure and Google Cloud and ensure security and reliability in operations. Responsibilities include building the internal developer platform, engineering CI/CD practices, orchestrating workflows, and establishing observability using various tools.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience and a strong proficiency in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed data operations, along with benefits including generous time off, healthcare plans, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms.
• Ability to engineer CI/CD at scale.
• Familiarity with Backstage and Argo Workflows.
• Experience operating stateful services including Kafka and CockroachDB.
• Strong background in observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms.
• Build the internal developer platform with Backstage.
• Engineer CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Orchestrate workflows with Argo Workflows.
