Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP) for a contract role in Plano, TX (Remote). The engineer will support CI/CD pipelines, manage Terraform-based infrastructure, and administer GCP resources including Cloud Run, IAM, and logging.

The role requires strong incident ownership and production support capabilities. Candidates should have hands-on Azure DevOps experience, expertise with JFrog vulnerability controls, and proficiency in SonarQube integration within CI pipelines.

Qualifications

Must have strong hands-on experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with YAML, repositories, PRs, branches, agent execution, and deployment templates.
Hands-on Terraform and IaC experience with state awareness, plans, and safe infra updates in Azure DevOps.
GCP administration and Cloud Run support, IAM, service accounts, logging, and deployment troubleshooting.
Understanding of JFrog scanning, vulnerability controls, and remediation coordination with development teams.
Experience integrating SonarQube into CI pipelines, managing tokens, and interpreting quality gates.
Ability to troubleshoot self-hosted agents, network restrictions, proxies, and boundary between application, agent, and network ownership.
Production support and incident ownership: handling blockers with clear communication and ticket tracking.
Strong technical problem solving: logs and symptoms across apps, pipelines, and cloud configs without assuming first cause.
