Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and manage a large, globally distributed infra for Search & Sensei products. You’ll deploy cloud-based solutions, optimize performance, and implement scalable, cost-aware architectures.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of meaningful industry experience.
• Experience building and managing infrastructures in public clouds (AWS, Azure).
• Strong programming and automation skills across Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, Go, Java.
• Experience with large-scale NoSQL databases and Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with Git, Perforce, Jenkins; familiarity with cloud/virtualization.
• Knowledge of cloud well-architected frameworks and build principals.

Responsibilities

• Work at intersection of engineering and operations for Search & Sensei products.
• Build, redesign, and manage large globally distributed infrastructure.
• Set up cloud-based technologies to enable the platform.
• Maintain and optimize search engine performance and features.
• Develop using Elastic Search, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB.
• Collaborate with other engineers to support product development.
