Haleos, Inc. is building JaneOS1 and AtlasOS1, AI-powered platforms that carry context across the entrepreneur journey.

We seek a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our AI-driven platform, ensuring real-time data synchronization and enterprise-grade reliability as we scale. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, manage vector database infrastructure, optimize PostgreSQL, and collaborate with teams to adopt DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and IaC tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for microservices.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and automation tooling.
• Strong monitoring/observability experience with modern tools.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Redis and database tuning.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure for AI-powered apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Manage vector database infrastructure for semantic search at scale.
• Implement monitoring and observability for reliability and performance.
• Secure infrastructure with namespace isolation, encryption, and access control.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions for reproducible deployments.
• Optimize database performance and vector DB tuning.
• Collaborate on DevOps best practices and improve deployment velocity.
• Plan disaster recovery and ensure high availability.
