Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Linux experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of configuration management tools.
• Strong developer-level coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical issues with solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software programs.
• Document solutions, including root cause analysis.
• Maintain a code branch in SVN for each fix.
• Improve processes and tools to automate deployments.

Linux experience

Configuration management tools: Puppet, Chef

Coding in C, C++, Java

Agile/Scrum experience

Source and deployment tools: SVN, Jenkins, Maven

Scripting in Python and Bash

Experience with Nagios
