Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure across multiple environments. The role focuses on Azure, AKS, and CI/CD pipelines to securely connect medical devices and clinical applications with Baxter systems.

You will work in a regulated healthcare environment, collaborating with engineering and operations to improve platform reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AKS.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, YAML, containers, microservices.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Azure networking and security controls.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure using IaC.
• Build and support AKS infrastructure, clusters, namespaces, and scaling.
• Develop Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for environments.
• Create secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Support Azure services like PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, Key Vault.
• Maintain platform components such as Traefik, RabbitMQ, Grafana.
• Collaborate with teams to validate deployments and resolve incidents.
