Qualifications

• 7+ years SYSADMIN experience with diverse operating systems or cloud platforms.

• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code platforms like Terraform.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure including AutoScaleGroup and SQL Server.
• Build and manage configurations of production AWS systems.
• Design infrastructure using Terraform for automation.
• Develop best practices for infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD.
• Maintain SLA for production and supporting environments.
