Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies including Elastic Search, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
• Experience deploying and configuring production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement zero-downtime services.
• Implement disaster recovery between regions.
• Provide deep level outage troubleshooting.

Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration

Experience with Mysql and Redis

Familiar with AWS technologies

Experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS

Education

BS degree in a related field
