Job description

At LogicManager, our DevOps team builds and maintains the resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports our products and customers. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges while helping improve the standards, automation, and practices that strengthen our platform.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, designing durable solutions, and helping other engineers grow. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and reliability while serving as a technical leader on complex projects and critical incidents.

What You’ll Do
  • Cloud & Platform Engineering: Design scalable and highly available cloud, networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability solutions

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Lead complex troubleshooting across OCI, OKE, Linux, networking, Jenkins, and interconnected production infrastructure.

  • Automation & Developer Experience: Develop Infrastructure-as-Code, deployment automation, developer tooling, and platform improvements that reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity

  • Security, Compliance & IAM: Own infrastructure security controls and IAM practices, support SOC 2 audit readiness, and establish container security standards, including vulnerability detection and remediation

  • Reliability & Incident Leadership: Strengthen monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and service resilience while leading critical incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

  • Data & Platform Integration: Build and optimize data pipelines supporting real-time and batch ingestion, processing, storage, and reliable movement of data across systems

  • Engineering Performance: Use DORA and other engineering metrics to identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase release stability

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, review consequential infrastructure changes, establish technical standards, and identify and address technical debt and risk

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Product Development and other technical teams to align platform improvements, developer tooling, and emerging technologies with engineering and business priorities

  • On-Call Support: Participate in the team’s rotating on-call schedule for production systems, including periodic 24/7 coverage periods, to help ensure timely response to critical incidents and service disruptions

What Skills You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related infrastructure engineering role, including experience supporting production environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple infrastructure domains, with deep technical capability in at least one.

  • Strong experience designing and operating cloud and Kubernetes environments in production.

  • Advanced experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Linux, networking, observability, security, and incident response.

  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot across applications, infrastructure, networking, data, and security.

  • Sound technical judgment with a focus on solutions that are reliable, maintainable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious.

  • Experience leading complex technical work and incidents, including root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.

  • Ability to mentor other engineers, share knowledge, and raise technical standards across the team.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with OCI/OKE, Jenkins, or comparable technologies.

  • Experience with Oracle infrastructure, GoldenGate, or comparable replication technologies.

  • Experience with data platforms, disaster recovery, or compliance-sensitive infrastructure.
