Zusammenfassung

BITMUS is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate modern infrastructure for enterprise and public-sector customers. You will work across Cloud, Hybrid and On-Premises environments, focusing on automation, security, and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure or SRE experience.
• Experience with at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes and ideally OpenShift.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code skills, e.g. Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD tools such as Argo CD, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Good Linux and modern container platform knowledge.
• Experience with Monitoring and Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Knowledge of Storage/SDN (Ceph, MinIO).
• Understanding of networking, DNS, Firewalls, security concepts.
• Experience with Security/Compliance (BSI, ISO 27001, IAM, PKI).
• Programming in Python, Go, Java, Node.js or TypeScript is a plus.
• Very good German and English skills.

• Design, implement and operate modern infrastructure and platform solutions.
• Plan, implement and operate Cloud, Hybrid and On-Premises infrastructures using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Modernize existing IT landscapes and support migrations from legacy systems to modern platform architectures.
• Automate development and operations processes using Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and CI/CD.
• Develop scalable, highly available and automated container and cloud platforms.
• Work on networking, storage and security concepts, including Ceph, ODF, IAM and PKI.
• Apply security standards and requirements based on BSI and ISO 27001.
• Advise customers on technology decisions and the sustainable development of their infrastructure.
