Job summary

Advanced Space, based in Westminster, Colorado, seeks a Sr. DevOps engineer with 8–12 years of experience to lead design, implementation and continuous improvements of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multiple programs.

The role requires hands-on leadership for AWS, Azure and GCP environments, IaC, monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK, strong scripting in Python or Bash, and a security-first mindset. U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. required or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps Pro) OR enterprise infra leadership.
• Security+ current.
• DR/HA design & compliance automation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for DevOps architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, highly available infrastructure in AWS and other cloud environments.
• Drive standards for Infrastructure as Code, system hardening, monitoring, logging, incident response, and deployment automation.
• Moderate proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
