Role Definition
Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Senior Development Engineer to join the Drivetrain Controls System Simulation and Validation (DCSSV) organization to support Caterpillar machines with electrohydraulic brakes. This role provides design ownership for lower powertrain brake controls solutions. The successful candidate will serve as design owner for key drivetrain controls technologies, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust solutions that meet both customer and enterprise objectives. This position requires strong engineering judgment, systems-level thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Summary Pay Range
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
