Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM professional to lead and optimize client implementations across national and international projects. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and work closely with cross-functional teams.

This role requires 4+ years in SPM modules, including PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management and Financial Planning, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing and configuring ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Experience with PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management and Financial Planning.
• Strong analytical skills across SPM domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience mapping processes and improving strategic planning.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, SPM trends, and strategic planning methodologies, applying this knowledge to enhance solution quality.
• Contribute to a collaborative and agile working environment, participating in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and promoting continuous delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and configuring ServiceNow SPM modules, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
• Deep understanding of portfolio and program management best practices, and their practical application within ServiceNow to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize planning, prioritization, and execution processes across SPM domains.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements from multiple stakeholders into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience configuring roadmaps, investment funding, scoring models, and workflows to tailor SPM functionality.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement of strategic planning and execution operations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented in your approach to work.
