Qualifications
- 10+ years of end-to-end application development in cloud hosted web/mobile/microservices.
- 1+ year of Backstage.io or similar Internal Developer Platform setup with plugin development.
- 5+ years of self-service application and automation/orchestration engine development.
- Minimum 2 years of orchestration platforms (EKS/OpenShift).
- 8+ years of hands-on AWS cloud technologies (IAM, API gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering solutions, best practices, and cloud-native design and development.
- Collaborate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning, and cross-functional delivery with PMs and SCRUM roles.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and developer community knowledge sharing activities.
- Engage with partner teams to understand pain points and deliver value.
- Maintain documentation (Runbooks, DR Strategy, Release Design, SAS docs) and coordinate onsite/offshore delivery.
- Hands-on development across Web, API, and Mobile; address security and vulnerabilities.
- Architect and deliver reference designs for APIs and Web, promoting best practices.
- Drive innovation and automation to improve developer productivity enterprise-wide.
