You will collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and Agile teams to build secure, scalable software and mentor junior developers. The role emphasizes AI-assisted tooling, secure coding, and robust testing practices in a hybrid Reston-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience with modern programming languages, application frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience developing secure, well-tested, and maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex cloud-native features on AWS.
• Build high-quality, secure software using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering standards.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
