This role will help advance the Center of Excellence by delivering solutions across enterprise automation suites, application integration, scripting, reporting, and AI-enabled automation. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on automation platform experience, and the ability to learn and apply different technologies across a variety of complex assignments.**What You’ll Do** * Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions, integrations, scripts, reports, and AI-enabled solutions using the technologies best suited to each business need.* Write clean, testable, maintainable code following established software engineering standards.* Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and automation patterns using company-approved technologies.* Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to translate complex needs into technical solutions.* Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and DevOps practices across development environments.* Troubleshoot complex development and production issues and implement solutions that improve reliability and performance.* Build reporting and monitoring capabilities.* Evaluate and implement generative AI use cases with appropriate testing, human oversight, and adherence to security and data-handling standards.* Research emerging technologies and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.**What You Bring** * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)* 5+ years of experience in related field.* In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field. **Bonus Points** * Experience with enterprise automation suites, with a strong preference for UiPath.
