RHAA, a landscape architecture firm, seeks a designer with strong graphic skills and a thoughtful design approach. The team collaborates across projects from campuses to parks, with a hybrid schedule (two days in office, three days remote) in Mill Valley, CA.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience and a professional degree in landscape architecture; graduate degree preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite is expected.

RHAA, a legacy design-oriented landscape architecture firm, is seeking creative, design-driven individuals with a collaborative spirit. Our philosophy is to design beautiful places for people with a strong ecological, cultural and art-based approach. Our office is located 14 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge in the small town of Mill Valley. We have a studio-based working style that encourages interaction and a healthy work-life balance.

Our projects include academic and tech campuses, national parks, community parks, urban design, multi-family housing, streetscapes, waterfronts, healthcare facilities and civic facilities. Our project teams work closely together from project initiation through construction.

We are seeking a designer with high level graphic skills, thoughtful design, and sensitivity to cultural and environmental influences. We are a hybrid firm, with two days in office and three days remote.

Compensation & Benefits

• $88 - 116k / year, commensurate with skills and experience
