Healio is looking for a Senior Designer, Multimedia & Campaigns — a hybrid creative powerhouse who brings together motion design, video storytelling, digital design, and concept development to elevate our brand across every channel.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multimedia creative, developing high-impact video and motion graphics for brand, product, campaign, social, and AI initiatives.
• Produce polished digital assets — landing pages, social graphics, email visuals, display ads, presentations, and more.
• Turn briefs into strong, cross-channel campaign concepts, collaborating closely with creative leadership and the design team.
• Support HTML‑Aware Creative landing pages and email modules.
• Strengthen Healio’s brand identity, voice, and tone.
• Use data to elevate creative by partnering with our Analytics, Audience Development, and Marketing teams to understand performance insights and work with leadership teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8+ years in multimedia, digital, motion, or video design.
• Expert skills in Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working HTML/CSS knowledge (templated builds, refinements, QA).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, video storytelling, campaign thinking, and modern digital work.
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and present clear rationale.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Healthcare or scientific brand experience.

The annual base salary for this position is $67,000 to $77,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50‑mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location. Please note this is a full‑time opportunity.
