Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Designer for the Presence team to own end-to-end design across Link and Bridge, blending craft with strategic storytelling. You will collaborate with engineering, product, content, and brand to build scalable design systems and high-visibility experiences that drive business impact.

You will lead complex projects, advocate for users through research and testing, and contribute to a culture of craft, precision, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience in web, product marketing, or brand contexts.
• A strong portfolio showing exceptional visual craft and systems thinking, with the ability to lead complex design work independently.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and fluency in layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of Link and Bridge, from strategy to final delivery.
• Synthesize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into a clear point of view.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, PMM, content design, brand, and product.
• Partner with engineering throughout design process to ensure design intent carries through to implementation.
• Develop and advance design systems, patterns, and components for the surfaces.
• Apply visual and interaction standards across surfaces, grounding decisions in research and data.
• Contribute to team quality, critique, and raise the standard of work.
