The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in product design, excels at CADs, mockups, and production-ready artwork, and translates licensed artwork into commercial products while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience designing licensed consumer products is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product concepts.
• Create original, trend-driven product ideas based on consumer insights and licensing opportunities.
• Translate licensed characters, brands, and artwork into commercial products.
• Create product CADs, mockups, artwork, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Develop products with online consumers in mind, visually impactful and market-ready.
• Work within licensor brand guidelines while making products fresh and unique.
• Incorporate feedback from licensors and internal teams into designs.
• Manage multiple projects and licensed properties while meeting deadlines.
