General Motors is seeking a Senior Designer within GM's Human Interface Design organization to lead mobile design for GM Commercial Fleet and shape cross-platform experiences across mobile web, iOS, Android, tablets and desktop web.
You will take products from concept to launch, create scalable patterns, and collaborate with product, engineering, research, and leadership to deliver measurable, user-centered solutions. A strong design POV and ability to synthesize feedback is essential.
Job Description
Work Arrangement This role is hybrid in Austin TX, or Warren MI. Employees who live within 50 miles of a GM hub are expected to work from the office three days per week. Remote candidates may be considered based on role requirements.

You’ll shape future product vision, challenge existing solutions, and simplify complex fleet workflows for managers and drivers. Working with product, engineering, research, business, and leadership partners, you’ll turn customer needs and technical possibilities into clear, measurable experiences across mobile and desktop. You’ll also be comfortable incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders while maintaining a strong design point of view.
