Job summary

Zwift is seeking a Senior Designer to partner with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to create bold, strategically grounded concepts for global marketing campaigns across Zwift's hardware and software businesses. You’ll develop visual identities that scale across launches, events, collaborations, and digital experiences, while guiding social-first content and production.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ideas and exceptional craft.
• Sharp eye for typography, composition, and visual systems.
• Ability to build brand identities across multiple channels.
• Collaborative, able to present and refine ideas.
• Comfort owning projects from concept to execution.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools, including AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to develop bold, strategically grounded creative concepts for global marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling visual identities that scale across product launches, in-game events, brand collaborations, experiential activations, retail, and digital experiences.
• Develop concepts for engaging social-first creative across static, motion, and short-form video.
• Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and producers to shape product photography, advertising campaigns, and video content from concept through production.
• Help bring Zwift's campaigns to life across digital touchpoints by contributing Figma layouts for web, CRM, and in-game marketing assets, with a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Capture cinematic in-game imagery from the Zwift video game world for use across global marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
