FRĒDA SALVADOR is looking for a Senior Designer based in the Bay Area to shape the brand’s creative vision. This role involves leading design for assigned categories from concept through development, translating brand strategy into distinctive design while collaborating closely with Product Development and Merchandising.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of experience, a strong understanding of footwear construction, and a proven track record in luxury brand environments. The position offers a full-time engagement with a focus on creative and commercial success.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in footwear and/or accessories design.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction and materials.
• Proven ability to design commercially successful product within a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong aesthetic aligned with FREDA SALVADOR’s point of view.

Responsabilités

• Lead design for assigned categories from concept through final development.
• Translate seasonal direction into clear, compelling product stories.
• Partner closely with Product Development to ensure designs are feasible.
• Contribute to the creation of cohesive collections across footwear and accessories.
