We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to build Farther’s design system from the ground up and own it long-term. This foundational role will define how our entire product organization works—creating the infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality experiences at speed.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the design system: auditing assets, creating a scalable component library, defining patterns, and layouts, documenting usage, and driving adoption across design and engineering. This is deep, hands‑on, expert-level work that requires strategic thinking, systems‑level vision, and the ability to execute down to the smallest detail.
