Job summary

Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Designer to develop and deliver marketing and promotional assets across print, digital, environmental, and motion platforms. You will own projects from concept through final delivery, establishing visual direction, managing production, and ensuring brand alignment for performances and fundraising campaigns.

The role leads collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentors freelancers, and partners with external vendors to bring concepts

Qualifications

• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Min. 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe CC including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing and promotional materials across print, digital, environmental, and experiential platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for signature programs and initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective visual communications.
• Art direct and oversee the work of freelance designers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative partners.
• Supervise print production and installation.
